the foundation practice of Ashtanga yoga. THE PRACTICE OFFERS AMAZING THERAPEUTIC IMPACTS mind and body including developing strength, stability, improved flexibility & nervous system regulation. All levels

Led intermediate

A MORE ADVANCED SERiES OF ASANA incorporating back-bends and energetic movements. Six months of PRIMARY practice is recommended to PARTICIPATE in these classes.

MYSORE

THE TRADITIONAL METHOD OF TEACHING - one on one guidance in a small group allowing students of all levels to practice together.
