Our annual five day intensive is a comprehensive training offering continuing education for teachers & practitioners. The session focuses on practice development through mysore and pranayama sessions, together with afternoon workshops on yoga therapy, the use of breath when practising asana, and adjustment training.
Morning sessions incorporate mysore sessions, advanced pranayama and chanting daily. During afternoons, the emphasis is on therapy of asana (primary, intermediate & beyond), the application of breath within the practice and traditional teaching skills taught through workshopping and practice teaching.
