Current research is now touting the efficacy of diet and lifestyle not only in disease prevention and increasing health but, in managing and even halting the progression of illness. Conventional medicine has often ignored the use of ‘lifestyle’ despite their use in ancient practices as an effective healing modality.

In coaching sessions, we will bridge the gap between health and healing, merging natural healing practices with current science and research. We reach out with all levers including diet, sleep, exercise, stress management applied in a personalized and intentional way aiming to rebuild, maintain and optimize health .

learn what to eat and why you should - a simple eating plan that will support your health


In my view, healthy aging and health optimization starts with diet - this is a key foundation piece . Knowing what to eat can give us incredible power over our health - the ‘right’ diet sending us in the direction of health; a ‘poor’ diet sending us toward negative health outcomes and disease states’.

This program cuts through the dietary noise, considèrs your biology, teaching you not only what you need to eat to support your body but, how to do it while considering why you should.

‘the food you eat, the exercise you do, your ability to manage stress & optimize sleep, all have the ability to impact health in a positive way’

In these sessions, we work with the four pillars of health (POH): diet, exercise, sleep optimization and, stress management - all critical lifestyle factors that support health and its optimization.  The key to the efficacy of ‘lifestyle medicine’ is not so much in the ‘what’ but the ‘how’, taking a personalized approach, finding the right balance and, approach within each of the elements. In POH, we work to develop a personalized program, one that this sustainable and supports your own health goals and genetics. And, might there be a fifth element? Exploring all, the end result will be and modifiable lifestyle precription that will move you toward of sustained health.

these specialized sessions use diet and lifestyle to support your current health conditions, minimize symptoms and set you in the direction of health

Diet and lifestyle can provide powerful medicine on its own or, used in conjunction with traditional medical protocols. Are you interested in knowing how diet and lifestyle can support your unique health issue? Are you interested in knowing what is the best strategy to gain agency over your health? In specialized sessions, we work together using a very individualized and supportive approach, targeting your specific health concerns with science-based diet and lifestyle protocols.

Health mentorship

On-going sessions to support your health journey

For those who have completed an earlier program and want continued support or, those wishing to have the support of a health coach on their personal health journey.  These sessions take me along as your guide,  keeping you accountable to your health goals,  adjusting to meet new goals along the way, exploring new areas and concern, while providing you on-going support.
