We now know that with the right diet, the right lifestyle, we have the ability to prevent disease, rebuild health, and optimize our biology as we age! Science is now touting the efficacy of diet and lifestyle intervention to increase health span, prevent serious disease, while even halting the progression of illness  - oftentimes more effectively than conventional treatments and medication.  

We also know that what are now common health issues such as inflammation, high blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar dysregulation, sleep disorders, sarcopenia, gut issues are in fact ‘warning signs’ that the body is out of balance and, our body is ‘signalling us’ that more serious illness could developing under the hood. This is where diet and lifestyle intervention shines, in its efficacy to get in early and rebalance the body before the downward spiral.
